A company can change it officals i,e directors or shareholders at will.


REQUIREMENTS

Incoming director or shareholder.

  1. 1.The cerificate of incoparation.
  2. 2.Copy of I.D,KRA PIN of incoming director or shareholder.
  4. 3.Email address and phone number of the incoming director
    5. 4.CR12 or Ecitizen credentials
  6. 5.Passport photos of all incoming director.

  8. Resignation of director

    9. 1.The certificate of incorporation
  10. 2.Copy of I.D,KRA PIN of outgoing director or shareholder.
  12. 3.Email address and phone number of the outgoing director
    13. 4.CR12 or Ecitizen credentials
  14. 5.Passport photos of all Incoming director/shareholder.
